Works included assistance with land aquistion, schematic design, town planning management and design and construction
The facility was designed and built as Dysons major regional corparte huib and included features:
- 88 bus park yard and infrastructure to accommodate future EV
- 8 Vehicle Servicing Bays and spray booth
- Vehicle Drive Through Detailing Bay
- Drive Through Vehicle Wash & 2 Vehicle Refuelling
- Corporate Office Tenancy
