The facility was designed and built as Dysons major regional corparte huib and included features:

• 88 bus park yard and infrastructure to accommodate future EV
• 8 Vehicle Servicing Bays and spray booth
• Vehicle Drive Through Detailing Bay
• Drive Through Vehicle Wash & 2 Vehicle Refuelling
• Corporate Office Tenancy
