This project comprised the construction of shopping centre in Ocean Grove encompassing over 2,000m2 of lettable retail space across 6 tenancies inclusive of anchor tenant, Target. The development is serviced by a dedicated basement car park, loading dock, stock reserve, administration offices and amenities.
